I would be happy to relate more information about my education, training, and experience.
My masters degree from USC was received under the training of Dr. Ginger Clark, a child psychologist, who also specializes in women's issues. An influential professor of mine was Dr. Mary Andres, a specialist in treating addiction as well as couples counseling. At the Maple Counseling center in Beverly Hills, I have worked with Harold Young, LCSW, Dr. Richard Dunn, a Jungian analyst, Victoria Curea LMFT who oversees training interns on initial assessment interviews. I assisted in the Intake Program becoming very experienced at providing effective first sessions with new clients. My private practice supervisor, Donna Herlihy LCSW, a graduate of USC and the IBP institute in Santa Monica, has worked in numerous specialties related to psychotherapy. Over the course of my 3 years in counseling training, I amassed 3000 hours of supervised clinical work in mental health. It was a great personal experience and it left me vastly prepared to provide clinical services as a Marriage and Family Therapist. As a practicing therapist, I have provided around 13,000 hours of psychotherapy to hundreds of Los Angeles, Santa Monica, Westwood, Brentwood, and Malibu residents. Thanks, Jeffrey Learn more about my approach to couples counseling or contact me to setup a first appointment. Comments are closed.
