I am a caring therapist with 15 years of experience providing effective individual psychotherapy and couples counseling to adults in Santa Monica. I completed my undergraduate work at Brown University and then studied Marriage and Family Therapy at the University of Southern California. How are you feeling?

My Approach
I use emotionally focused couples counseling and attachment theory to quickly improve relationship communication. To reduce your stress, anxiety, and depression, I use a combination of cognitive theory and psychodynamic therapy. I use the Jungian internal family systems model for those who want extended depth oriented psychotherapy. Whichever theory we use, my primary goal is to uncover and permanently heal the issues that hold you back from reaching your full potential.
